Pimorioプライバシーポリシー
このプライバシーポリシーは、iPhone アプリ「Pimorio（ピモリオ）」（以下「本アプリ」）で、利用者の情報をどのように扱うかを説明するものです。
まとめ：本アプリは、写真・動画・日記などを iPhone の中だけで扱います。開発者は利用者の情報を集めません。広告、利用状況の分析、トラッキングの仕組みもありません。
1. 本アプリが扱う情報
本アプリは、次の情報を、利用者の iPhone の中だけで扱います。
- 写真・動画：利用者が許可した範囲で、その日に撮った写真と動画を読み込み、iPhone の中で切り抜いてボードを作ります。元の写真と動画は変更しません。
- 本アプリで作ったもの：ボード、切り抜いた画像、日記、ボードの名前。
- じぶんのページ：利用者が入力した名前と、選んだ自分の写真。
- 設定：お知らせの時刻など。
2. 外部への送信について
本アプリは、上の情報を開発者のサーバーやほかの会社に送りません。本アプリには、サーバーとの通信、広告、利用状況の分析、トラッキングの仕組み、ほかの会社の分析用ソフトウェアは含まれていません。
3. 保存場所と、iCloud のバックアップ
本アプリで作ったものは、利用者の iPhone の中に保存されます。利用者が iPhone の iCloud バックアップを使っている場合、Apple の仕組みにより、バックアップに含まれることがあります。バックアップは Apple のサービスとして扱われ、開発者が内容を見ることはできません。
4. 許可について
- 写真：その日の写真を読み込んでボードを作るために使います。許可しなくても、写真を選ぶ画面から選んだ写真で作れます。
- 写真への保存：ボードを画像・動画として写真に保存するときだけ使います。
- 通知：夜のお知らせと、週末の「今週のボード」のお知らせに使います。お知らせは iPhone の中で予約され、外部から送られるものではありません。
許可は、iPhone の「設定」アプリからいつでも変えられます。
5. 共有について
利用者がボードを共有するときは、iPhone の共有の画面を使います。共有した先（メッセージや SNS など）での扱いは、それぞれのサービスの決まりによります。
6. 情報の消し方
本アプリの中にあるもの（ボード、切り抜いた画像、日記など）は、本アプリを iPhone から削除すると、すべて消えます。iCloud のバックアップに含まれているものは、iPhone の設定から消せます。
「写真に保存」で写真アプリに保存したボードの画像・動画は、写真アプリの中にあるため、本アプリを削除しても残ります。消すときは、写真アプリから削除してください。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは、年齢にかかわらず、利用者の情報を集めません。
8. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページで知らせます。情報の扱いを大きく変えるときは、本アプリの中でも知らせます。

This Privacy Policy explains how the iPhone app "Pimorio" (the "App") handles your information.
Summary: The App handles your photos, videos, and diary entries only on your iPhone. The developer does not collect any of your information. The App has no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking.
1. Information the App handles
The App handles the following information only on your iPhone:
- Photos and videos: Within the access you allow, the App reads the photos and videos taken on a given day and cuts out subjects on your iPhone to create a board. Your original photos and videos are not modified.
- Content you create: boards, cut-out images, diary entries, and board names.
- Profile page: the name you enter and the photo of yourself you choose.
- Settings: such as the reminder time.
2. No transmission to outside parties
The App does not send any of the above information to the developer's servers or to any third party. The App does not include server communication, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party analytics software.
3. Storage and iCloud Backup
Content you create is stored on your iPhone. If you use iCloud Backup, it may be included in your backup by Apple. Backups are handled by Apple's services, and the developer cannot access their contents.
4. Permissions
- Photos: used to read the day's photos and create a board. Without this permission, you can still create boards from photos you choose in the system photo picker.
- Add to Photos: used only when you save a board to Photos as an image or video.
- Notifications: used for the nightly reminder and the weekend "weekly board" notice. These are scheduled locally on your iPhone and are not sent from any server.
You can change these permissions at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
5. Sharing
When you share a board, the App uses the iOS share sheet. How the destination (such as messaging apps or social networks) handles it is governed by that service's policies.
6. Deleting your information
Deleting the App from your iPhone deletes all content stored in the App (boards, cut-out images, diary entries, and so on). Content included in iCloud Backup can be deleted from iPhone Settings.
Images and videos of boards that you saved to Photos with "Save to Photos" are stored in the Photos app, so they remain after you delete the App. To delete them, delete them in the Photos app.
7. Children
The App does not collect information from any user, regardless of age.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page. For significant changes to how information is handled, we will also notify you in the App.
